Work Environment

This full-time position offers a remote work setting, enabling you to deliver care to clients from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a balance between your professional and personal life. Our flexible scheduling allows you to tailor your hours based on client needs and personal commitments. Compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, based on experience and caseload availability. We also provide a sign-on bonus to new hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs to develop personalized care plans.
• Engage with clients through regular counseling sessions, both virtually and via scheduled home visits, to monitor progress and adapt treatment strategies.
• Effectively communicate client progress and updates to supervisors, families, and other stakeholders involved in client care.
• Attend and actively participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to collaborate on holistic client care approaches.
• Document treatment progress with meticulous detail, including completing monthly and quarterly progress notes to ensure transparency and effective interventions.
• Organize and conduct training sessions for staff members to enhance their competence in implementing therapeutic plans and compliance with documentation standards.
• Act as a liaison to connect clients with community resources and support to further their development goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPC at Aid Sphere Solutions, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, youth, couples, and families facing various challenges. Your expertise will serve individuals dealing with issues related to trauma, substance misuse, and relationship dynamics, all within an outpatient context. You will be empowered to create personalized approaches that acknowledge each client’s unique circumstances and aspirations.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting with a focus on mental health.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or addiction counseling is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and related technologies is a plus.
