Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations to tailor services according to the unique needs of each patient.
• Actively participate in communication with supervisors, family members, and other stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to patient care.
• Prepare and maintain a schedule of appointments while coordinating necessary home visits, data reviews, and observations to monitor patient progress effectively.
• Implement and track program plans meticulously, ensuring that all procedures are being followed and adjusted as required.
• Engage in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to collaborate on care strategies and share insights regarding patient treatment progress.
• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes that accurately reflect intervention outcomes and patient journeys.
• Develop and organize training sessions for new staff regarding program objectives, documentation, and therapeutic techniques.
• Conduct follow-up visits and assessments—home-based or otherwise—to ensure ongoing support and adherence to treatment plans.
• Maintain meticulous records to ensure all patient information is accessible and compliant with privacy regulations.
• Serve as a liaison between the community and the mental health sector to promote awareness and collaborative development initiatives.
• Contribute to the enhancement of training materials and procedures to continuously improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Aid Sphere Solutions, you will work with a diverse patient population, including both adults and youth. Your clinical expertise will help individuals facing various mental health challenges, ensuring that every client receives the support and guidance necessary for their personal growth and wellness journey.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor license (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in counseling, ideally within a clinical or community health context.
• Specialization or experience in therapeutic areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma interventions is highly preferred.
• A thorough understanding of legal and ethical standards within the counseling profession.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and other relevant technologies.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in community health settings and working with underrepresented populations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to inform clinical practice.
• Prior engagement in professional development and continued education in mental health advancements.
