Job description

Buscamos terapeutas bilingües (español/inglés) en Illinois

Daybreak Health is actively recruiting bilingual Spanish/English therapists to serve our growing caseload of Latino students and families across Illinois. This is a remote, associate-level role (LSW or LPC) with free supervision, guaranteed pay, and flexible scheduling.

Many of our partner school districts serve large Spanish-speaking communities, and the need for culturally competent, bilingual care is significant. If you're bilingual and passionate about serving Latino youth — this role was built for you.

What Makes This Different

  • Free supervision — fully covered, no out-of-pocket cost to you
  • Guaranteed pay for late cancellations and no-shows
  • $40/hr individual sessions (12+) | $50/hr family therapy
  • Fully remote — work from anywhere in Illinois
  • Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
  • No billing, no credentialing, no admin — we handle everything
  • 90% of students say we matched them to the right clinician

The Work

You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students in IL school districts, collaborating with school counselors and families. You'll participate in case consultations and contribute to clinical program development as we grow.

What You Need

  • Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required — we are not able to hire pre-licensure candidates at this time)
  • Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
  • Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
  • Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
  • Available Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings (weekend slots also available)

Preferred

  • Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities
  • Prior school-based or youth-focused experience
  • Active NPI and CAQH
Pay Range
$40—$50 USD
