• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, facilitating understanding and rapport-building.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans that align with clients’ individual goals, ensuring measurable progress and tailored interventions.
• Provide engaging and effective individual therapy sessions for adult clients, employing evidence-based methodologies and solution-focused techniques.
• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, demonstrating expertise and compassion to clients facing urgent mental health issues.
• Participate actively in continuing education and professional development events, staying updated on best practices and advancing clinical competencies.

The clients you will serve are pre-screened adults with stable mental health profiles, presenting low acuity needs. This allows you to focus on providing high-quality care without the overwhelming pressures of high-acuity caseloads. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• An active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience as a licensed mental health professional in any of the aforementioned roles.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport and fostering effective therapeutic relationships.
• Exemplify empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward clients, guiding them on their mental health journey.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage administrative duties and a diverse caseload efficiently.

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling, demonstrating proficiency with digital platforms for therapy.
• Knowledge and application of mindfulness-based approaches and other innovative therapeutic modalities.
• Experience working with diverse populations, addressing various cultural backgrounds and mental health needs.
