As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health needs, crafting tailored therapy plans based on these insights.
• Facilitating individual therapy sessions utilizing approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), or other evidence-based methodologies conducive to personal growth.
• Setting and reviewing therapeutic goals alongside clients, tracking their progress to ensure an effective therapeutic journey.
• Providing teletherapy sessions that cater to clients with mobility issues, ensuring accessibility in mental health care.
• Maintaining accurate documentation to comply with ethical standards and legal requirements, whilst ensuring confidentiality and respect for all clients.
• Engaging in regular professional development activities, attending workshops and conferences to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated on current therapeutic practices.

Your work will primarily involve clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma. We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Florida.

Preference will be given to candidates who have:
