Rising Phoenix Counseling Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our telehealth team. As a remote position, you will be working in a virtual telehealth facility that emphasizes accessibility and flexibility. Enjoy the comfort of your own home while connecting with clients via secure online platforms. Our organization also provides administrative support, including billing and credentialing services, so that you can concentrate fully on your counseling practice.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' unique needs.
• Maintain consistent therapy sessions, providing up to bi-weekly appointments while adapting to clients' schedules.
• Respond to safety concerns proactively and provide crisis interventions when therapeutically appropriate.
• Establish a collaborative working relationship with fellow counselors for ongoing support and supervision.
• Create and maintain accurate documentation including progress notes and treatment plans while adhering to HIPAA regulations.

The candidate will work primarily with diverse clients, including adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families. You will utilize specialized techniques such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and IFS (Internal Family Systems) to address trauma-related issues, PTSD, and various emotional challenges. Our focus on trauma-informed care requires a deep understanding of the impacts of trauma on individuals and families.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer programs with a strong ability to document client sessions accurately.

• Demonstrated experience working with trauma and PTSD populations.
• Familiarity with therapeutic techniques such as EMDR and IFS.
• Experience providing counseling and crisis management in a virtual setting is a plus.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including:
