• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, utilizing telehealth platforms to provide individual counseling tailored to each client’s needs.
• Create an inviting online environment that encourages clients to express their thoughts and feelings candidly.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Candidates must hold a valid license to practice in Virginia as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Proficient communication skills, particularly in a virtual context, are crucial for effective engagement with clients.
• Familiarity with various online therapy platforms and tools that enhance the therapeutic experience.

While a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is required, preferred candidates will have significant experience working in telehealth environments and possess additional certifications relevant to specific therapeutic approaches. The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
