• Conduct thorough and compassionate mental health assessments that consider both psychological and medical factors affecting patient wellbeing.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address psychiatric and medical conditions, ensuring that both dimensions are tackled simultaneously.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each patient's unique needs and circumstances.
• Engage in collaborative care with various medical providers to create a comprehensive treatment approach, optimizing patient outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention services for patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective support.
• Educate patients about the interplay between mental and physical health, empowering them with knowledge to better manage their conditions.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards, leveraging electronic health record systems for effective management.
• Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary case conferences to discuss treatment progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in integrated mental health care to continuously improve service delivery.

You will primarily serve a diverse population of individuals struggling with mental health disorders, particularly those who also face medical challenges such as chronic illness or disabilities. Your expertise in navigating co-occurring conditions will be invaluable in helping patients achieve holistic recovery.

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling productive relationships with patients and the interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical guidelines while ensuring patient confidentiality and trust.
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.
• A collaborative spirit that contributes to a cohesive team dynamic focused on patient-centered care.

• Experience working with patients who have co-occurring mental and physical health conditions.
• Training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities relevant to integrated care.
• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is a plus, as it offers a unique understanding of remote patient engagement.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD $80,000 – $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
