This position is designed for those who prefer a remote work setting, allowing therapists the freedom to establish their own work-life balance. Our primarily telehealth approach empowers our counselors to reach clients in a comfortable and familiar environment. This flexibility not only supports effective therapy but also promotes a healthier lifestyle for our therapists as they can choose their hourly schedules, primarily operating Monday through Friday.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring high levels of responsiveness and client engagement.
• Carry out thorough initial assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health conditions, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment strategies based on evidence-based practices and the unique goals of each client.
• Provide individual therapy to adults experiencing a range of challenges, employing solution-focused approaches to facilitate progress.
• Offer crisis intervention services when required, equipping clients with coping strategies during critical moments.
• Participate in continuous professional development to stay abreast of best practices and advancements within the mental health field.

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals dealing with various mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and life transitions. • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish rapport with clients quickly.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative tasks.

• A background in evidence-based therapy modalities and familiarity with telehealth platforms is highly desirable.
• Experience working with a diverse adult population across various mental health issues.
• Previous experience in a community health clinic setting can be an advantage.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, dependent on caseload and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
