In this remote position, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while adhering to a structured framework of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our outpatient office setting fosters a collaborative and supportive atmosphere, encouraging open communication and teamwork among our therapists and administrative staff.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients’ challenges and strengths, enabling you to create personalized treatment plans that genuinely meet their needs.
• Provide teletherapy through engaging video sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.
• Offer specialized trauma-informed care for clients experiencing symptoms of PTSD, guiding them towards recovery through validated therapeutic interventions.
• Manage ongoing client cases, coordinating referrals to other professionals as required, and collaborating closely with external providers to ensure holistic treatment approaches.
• Maintain meticulous records in accordance with ICD-9 standards, ensuring a high level of documentation accuracy that aligns with best practices.
• Facilitate family therapy sessions to strengthen relationships, enhance communication, and promote behavioral improvements within families, creating supportive environments for clients.

Our clientele varies widely, encompassing individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a licensed mental health therapist, you will work with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, allowing you to apply your expertise across different age groups and contexts.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• An active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California is required to practice within our organization.
• At least two years of professional experience in an outpatient or telehealth setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health practices.
• Proficiency with telehealth technology and digital documentation systems, ensuring seamless engagement with clients.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, facilitating effective interactions with clients, families, and colleagues.

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with three or more years in similar settings will be highly regarded. Experience working in trauma-informed care or family therapy will significantly enhance your application.
