Location: Chicago, IL - 100% Remote
Duration: 12 months

Job Description:
We're hiring a Level 9 o9 Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Consultant to join our team supporting client delivery across demand planning, supply planning, and control tower initiatives.
In this fully remote role (Chicago-based candidates only), you'll collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze workflows, define solution requirements, support configuration and testing, and ensure seamless implementation of the o9 platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and validate business requirements related to supply chain and planning processes
• Design and support solution architecture using o9's digital planning tools (Demand, Supply, S&OP, or Control Tower)
• Conduct user story grooming, define acceptance criteria, and support backlog development
• Work closely with technical teams to validate data, mapping, and system integration
• Facilitate user training, testing support, and post-go-live hypercare
Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in o9 IBP as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of supply chain workflows (planning, forecasting, S&OP, logistics)
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, design documentation, testing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field
Preferred:
• Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese (especially for LATAM support)
