This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to provide mental health care directly from your home or another remote location. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers through virtual meetings and digital communication tools. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough client assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans (ITP) based on client needs and goals.
• Documenting clinical case notes and maintaining accurate electronic health records to track client progress and interventions.
• Facilitating supervision sessions in partnership with a site supervisor to ensure the highest quality of care is provided.
• Participating in interdisciplinary meetings and collaborating with other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Supporting treatment teams by scoring, interpreting, and reporting psychometric assessments and contributing insights to treatment discussions.
• Engaging in ongoing training and professional development to remain current with best practices and therapeutic methodologies.
• Preparing for client sessions by reviewing case notes, researching issues relevant to clients’ personal challenges, and developing therapeutic strategies.
• Participating in group seminars and supervision, including reviewing recorded sessions for feedback and growth opportunities.

The clientele served by Serene Reflections Healthcare Services encompasses a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. You will provide services to individuals of various ages and backgrounds, ensuring that culturally competent care is at the forefront of your practice. • A master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• A current and valid mental health professional license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) as per state regulations.
• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with a commitment to ethical and professional standards.
• Exceptional clinical skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive working relationships.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a community health or outpatient mental health facility.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms.
• Experience with trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practices.
