This Position is Work form Home - Remote Position for All USA location only.


Compliance Group tackles this challenge by assigning experienced resources, using innovative technologies, providing common-sense solutions and by leveraging our relationships with key regulators. To meet our growing demand, we are seeking entrepreneurial-minded sales individuals who can contribute to our rapid growth over the past year who can help us continue our growth.


Essential Duties

  • Prospects for new job orders through outside sales, cold calling, networking, marketing, presentations, and follow-up communications.
  • Screens prospects to identify qualified leads for new business development.
  • Learns clientโ€™s business to determine needs, wants, and budget to effectively apply knowledge of Compliance Groups Staffing services.
  • Negotiates and closes deals.
  • Manages accounts by building and maintaining client relationships to achieve goals.
  • Maintains and updates CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics a plus)
  • Focuses on results and self-evaluates performance to improve sales results.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the client organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proven ability to position services against competitors.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.


Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years direct B2B sales experience
  • 3+ years of IT Staffing or related technology sales experience
  • Proven success selling services for IT staffing firms
  • A history of exceeding individual goals while enhancing winning teams
  • Possesses a stellar work ethic and unparalleled sense of commitment
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree or equivalent work experience


Desired Experience 

  • Bio Sciences sales experience
