Summary
The Principal Provider Integration & Analytics Delivery Manager is a senior, client-facing techno-functional leader responsible for end-to-end data and analytics delivery for Gainwell's Provider+ solution. • Lead technical design integrity for interfaces, APIs, data mappings, schemas, error handling, and reconciliation, ensuring traceability from requirements through testing.
  • Coordinate with engineering and platform teams on build/configuration/localization of integrations, conversions, and analytics pipelines; validate unit and integration test evidence prior to SIT.
  • Define and govern provider data conversion and migration strategy, including mapping, cleansing rules, load approach, cutover sequencing, reconciliation, and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive analytics and reporting readiness, ensuring datasets, feeds, semantic models, and dashboards are aligned to source-of-truth and ready for UAT and production.
  • Ensure non-functional requirements and compliance (security, privacy, auditability, performance) are met in partnership with Architecture and Security teams.
  • Serve as the primary technical/data advisor to the Engagement Lead, assessing feasibility of requirements and providing impact analysis and options for scope/schedule trade-offs.
  • Lead client facing delivery cadences, including recuring program wide delivery meetings and executive ready status reporting with clear risks and mitigations.
  • Drive technical execution quality by setting and enforcing delivery standards, including documentation, coding guidelines, peer reviews, and unit testing expectations.
  • Support staffing and financial forecasting inputs, and budget cycle activities needed to keep delivery on track.

What we're looking for
  • 8+ years of Management Consulting experience in Medicaid State & Local Government OR Commercial Payer Experience
  • Proven experience leading large-scale data integration, analytics, and reporting deliveries with significant scope and complexity.
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills, including governance leadership and executive-level reporting.
  • Deep technical expertise in enterprise data warehousing and BI, including data architecture, data modeling, ETL/ELT patterns, data quality, and reconciliation.
  • Hands-on experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks or comparable technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Azure Synapse).
  • Proficiency with Power BI (semantic models, dashboards, deployment practices) and advanced SQL for data analysis and automation.
  • Strong experience with system integrations and interfaces, including API-based integrations and industry standards such as FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources).
  • Demonstrated success operating in complex, matrixed environments with onshore and offshore teams.
  • Strong domain knowledge of Medicaid/MMIS provider operations, including provider enrollment, credentialing, screening, managed care integrations, and CMS reporting.
