Job Description:

This position is for an existing vacancy. All interested candidates are encouraged to apply.

We are seeking a results-driven Business Strategy Manager, Strategic Partnershipsto execute and expand our System Integrator (SI) engagements within our networking and technology portfolio. This role focuses on operationalizing joint value propositions, accelerating localized GTM motions, and driving multi-year revenue through SI-driven deployments.

The role will manage the day-to-day execution of scalable enablement, partner governance, and co-selling models. You will collaborate closely with regional Product, Marketing, Sales, and Services teams to unlock repeatable, high-velocity pipelines with assigned top-tier SI partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and Pipeline Execution

Execute Strategy:Implement the multi-year SI engagement strategy across assigned partners, segments, and vertical focus areas.

  • Pipeline Management:Build, track, and maintain a 12-24 month joint opportunity pipeline to meet regional revenue targets.
  • Metrics Tracking:Own quarterly KPIs, including partner-led pipeline generation, deal velocity, win rates, and partner certifications.
  • Portfolio Focus:Align partner capabilities with company networking solutions (e.g., SD-WAN, multi-cloud connectivity, data center fabric, security).
  • Partner Management and Governance
  • Relationship Management:Build and nurture mid-to-senior level relationships with SI Practice Leads, Solutions Architects, and Account Directors.
  • Day-to-Day Governance:Run the established governance model, including deal execution, monthly operational reviews, and tracking action items.
  • Ecosystem Mapping:Maintain accurate capability maps for assigned SIs, tracking their active certifications, regional footprints, and co-delivery skills.
  • Joint Value Proposition and GTM Activation
  • Solution Localization:Tailor core solution playbooks and joint value propositions to fit specific partner verticals and customer use cases.
  • GTM Execution:Lead the execution of joint GTM initiatives, including co-branded lead generation, PoCs, and reference deployments.
  • Partner Enablement:Deliver enablement programs to ensure partner sales and technical teams can independently position and deploy our portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Experience:7+ years of experience in business development, partner management, or alliance roles within the networking, cloud, or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Partner Background:Proven track record of managing and growing business with Tier-1 or Tier-2 System Integrators (GSIs/SIs) and partners. Experience with Partner programs and partner channel strategy and management.
  • Technical Depth:Solid understanding of enterprise networking architectures, cloud connectivity, or managed services models and partner business models.
  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
