My Home Project Center

REMOTE POSITION

HOURS:

Shifts include 7 days a week of various shifts.


My Home Project Center is looking for a personable, motivated, and team-oriented

Connection Center Representative to join our growing team.

The Connection Center is an important part of our business. You will be one of the first people

our customers interact with, and your ability to create a great experience, build trust, and get

customers excited about working with us is essential.


This is a people-focused sales and customer service role. You will communicate with

homeowners by phone, text, and email, help them understand our services, and confidently

guide them toward scheduling an appointment with one of our professional designers.

customer information up to date.
