Job description

Appian Developer (Level 2 Certified) REMOTE (local to TX only) Location: Remote (United States) Duration: 6+ Months Contract (Extension Possible) Client: Government / Public Sector Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Appian Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable business applications using the Appian low-code platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SAIL, process modeling, and API integrations, along with hands-on exposure to Appian GAMS modules. This role requires a proactive mindset and the ability to work in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop Appian applications using SAIL and process models
  • Build and integrate APIs with external systems
  • Optimize application performance, UI responsiveness, and scalability
  • Develop and execute unit and integration test cases
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables
Required :
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Appian Level 2 Certification (Mandatory)
  • 3+ years of hands-on Appian / low-code development experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Appian GAMS (Government Acquisition Management Suite)
  • Strong experience in Agile methodology (8+ years preferred)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
