Position Purpose: The Loan Processor must believe in, practice, and initiate all Green Brick Partners values set forth in an acronym we call HOME. They must be Honest, Objective, Mature and Efficient in how they approach their role at Green Brick Partners.

Green Brick Mortgage is looking for a detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our team in Plano, TX. As a Loan Processor, you will be responsible for preparing and organizing loan files, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and compliant with company and regulatory standards.


• Review loan applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify borrower information through third-party vendors.
• Collect and organize all necessary documentation from borrowers.
• Communicate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and borrowers to resolve any issues.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Prepare loan files for underwriting and closing.

Authority/Budget/Decision Making/Discretion and Independent Judgment Ability:
Utilizes discretion, judgment, and high-level analytical skills to interpret complex situations.


Education:
