Job Description: We are looking for a Sr. Performance Tester to support IRS projects. The role involves designing and executing performance, load, and stress testing for large-scale IRS applications. The tester will analyze results, identify system bottlenecks, and provide tuning recommendations to ensure scalability and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and run performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios.
- Monitor system metrics and analyze application performance under load.
- Collaborate with developers, admins, and business analysts on performance requirements.
- Document results and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with IRS standards and federal guidelines.
Required Skills:
