Job description

Our agency is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and qualified licensed therapist to provide therapeutic services to our client population located throughout the state of Maryland. This position can be fully remote, allowing you to communicate with clients we may have that are in various different counties. However, applicants willing or able to be on site at our Prince George's County location can receive additional compensation.

Based on preference, there is an option for both full-time and part-time. For the full-time position, there is a requirement of 25 sessions with consumers/clients per week, with a reimbursement of $90,000 per year. The part-time fee for service rate is $90 per therapy session, dependent upon fully licensed Clinician, versus Graduate Level License. Initial Intake assessments can be completed, exclusive of a therapy requirement, and is reimbursed at $90 per intake.

Qualifications/Duties:

  • Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
  • Familiarity with community mental health resources
  • Active Maryland Licensure to Practice therapy
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Timely Documentation, generally 24-48 hours after a session
  • Team oriented approach and demeanor when interacting with other Clinical and Administrative staff
  • Good Interpersonal skills, and professionalism
  • Experience, or ability to learn, Electronical Medical Records system/s for documentation purposes.
  • Able to establish open lines of communication, support, and outcome-based successful interventions and treatment plans for individuals with mental health challenges
