The In-Home Services Corporate team is devoted to supporting thousands of talented employees in delivering the industry’s best products and solutions. Constantly refining our best-in-class service, IHS Corporate manages the behind-the-scenes operations to ensure a seamless customer experience through analytics, project management and training initiatives.


Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Develop Training Teams:
  • Manage On-the-Job Trainers (OJTs), overseeing their performance, timekeeping, and overall development
  • Supervise and coordinate OJTs providing training in a Manufacturing and Distribution environment that may include repair and refurbishing operations
  • Monitor productivity to ensure compliance with established training procedures and quality standards
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and implement solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Lead daily and weekly meetings with team members to reinforce key training initiatives and expectations
  • Align with The EchoStar Way and Leadership Commitment:
    • Take ownership of training initiatives, ensuring they align with Company objectives and values
    • Lead by example, supporting Company initiatives, driving engagement, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
    • Encourage long-term thinking, ensuring training solutions not only address immediate needs but also support future business growth
    • Be an advocate for change, embracing new processes, technologies, and innovations that enhance training effectiveness
  • Training Design and Implementation:
    • Design and implement training programs using multiple learning methodologies, including instructor-led, e-learning, hands-on training, and remote training strategies
    • Develop multimedia training content (graphics, video, audio) to support learning initiatives
    • Establish measurable learning objectives and track training effectiveness using pre- and post-assessments
    • Manage training schedules to optimize resource allocation and site-specific needs
  • Remote and Multi-Site Management:
    • Support training operations across one or more sites, requiring strong leadership skills
    • Utilize communication tools, including remote communication tools, to engage and align teams, ensuring consistency in training delivery
    • Collaborate with site leaders to adapt training strategies for different operational environments
  • Data-Driven Training Performance and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate training records, tracking employee progress, compliance, and business impact
    • Develop and maintain data collection methods, reporting tools, and forecasting models to assess training needs and effectiveness
    • Continuously refine training methodologies based on feedback and performance analytics

  • Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, reporting, and forecasting

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
