As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily activities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique dynamics of each client.
• Assessing clients' mental health needs through diagnostic evaluations and developing thorough, personalized treatment plans that are regularly updated.
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and solution-focused approaches to guide clients toward their goals.
• Documenting client progress accurately and timely in adherence with best practices and regulatory requirements, ensuring confidentiality and trust.
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals, including social workers and psychologists, to create a holistic treatment approach that benefits client outcomes.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and training, staying informed about the latest therapeutic practices and trends in mental health.

• Ability to conduct thorough diagnostic assessments and develop effective treatment plans based on individual client needs.

• Experience in a community health clinic setting is highly desirable, providing background knowledge of diverse socioeconomic factors affecting mental health.
• Familiarity with remote therapy platforms and telehealth protocols to effectively engage with clients virtually.
• Proficiency in innovative therapeutic methodologies that can enhance client engagement and outcome tracking.
