Work Environment

This is a fully remote position, allowing you the comfort and flexibility of working from your own home. You will have access to an all-in-one counselor portal that simplifies your administrative tasks and facilitates smooth communication with clients. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-focused counseling services through video chat, maintaining ethical and compassionate practices.
• Implement solution-based treatment modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Create and maintain detailed, individualized treatment plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Facilitate sessions that encourage clients to gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
• Regularly assess client progress and adjust strategies to foster the development of effective coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present various mental health needs. Your role will be instrumental in helping clients enhance their quality of life by equipping them with practical skills and strategies for managing their mental health challenges. Our client population values the flexibility of remote counseling, which makes access to care more immediate and responsive.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current state-issued mental health counseling license to practice independently. Please note we do not provide supervision.
• Licenses must include: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker – R Privilege (LCSW-R), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited/provisional licenses and no disciplinary actions on your record.

Preferred Experience

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate, empathetic nature.
• Proficiency in computer literacy with the ability to navigate digital communication and counseling tools.
• A reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities to facilitate video counseling sessions.
• Stable internet connection to support uninterrupted client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits

In addition to a sign-on bonus, our counselors benefit from weekly direct deposit payments. The competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 is commensurate with experience and qualifications, ensuring that our employees feel valued and rewarded for their contributions.
