As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting compassionate, ethical counseling sessions through video chat, ensuring a safe and secure space for clients.
• Utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused therapies to address client issues, fostering positive outcomes and individual growth.
• Creating personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments that take into account the unique backgrounds and needs of your clients.
• Helping clients gain deeper insights into their emotions and relationships, while equipping them with practical coping mechanisms.

Your work will primarily involve supporting stable, low-acuity adults who may face a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and stress management. To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent) allowing for independent practice.
• An absence of any disciplinary actions against your professional license.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that create a trusting and empathetic therapeutic alliance.
• Solid computer literacy and ability to navigate teletherapy platforms effectively.
• A reliable computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities for remote sessions, along with a dependable internet connection.

While not required, ideal candidates will have:

• A proven track record of providing therapy to similar patient populations in a remote or teletherapy setting.
• Experience with various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• A history of working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary clinical team.
