As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, enabling clients to share emotions and experiences in a comfortable setting.
• Collaborating with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals and guiding them in their journey towards achieving those objectives.
• Employing therapeutic techniques to identify and mitigate behaviors that may hinder recovery, fostering healthier lifestyles through targeted interventions.
• Monitoring the progress of clients throughout the therapeutic process and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Providing clients with evidence-based coping strategies to help them manage stress, anxiety, and relationship issues.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Full licensing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) without any restrictions. Note: Only candidates with independent licenses - no provisional or limited licenses will be accepted.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a compassionate approach to client interactions.
• Proficiency with digital tools and telehealth platforms, given the remote nature of the role.

While not mandatory, preferred candidates will have previous experience in providing therapy through telehealth platforms and a demonstrated ability to engage with a variety of client populations. Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Family Systems Therapy would be advantageous in establishing effective treatment plans.

The compensation for this position is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000, depending on the number of hours worked and overall client engagement. Additional benefits include:
