• Conduct thorough initial assessments with clients using advanced teletherapy software, ensuring to capture comprehensive mental health histories and individual client needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapeutic sessions via video calls, employing evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), appropriately adapted to digital formats.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting session notes and progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring quality care and continuity.
• Attend and actively participate in team meetings to discuss individual client progress and develop tailored treatment plans, collaborating with colleagues to optimize patient outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, focusing on the latest trends and best practices in digital counseling services to enhance service delivery.
• Contribute innovative ideas aimed at refining existing programs and introducing effective strategies while adhering to the regulations governing telemedicine.

Your work will primarily involve diverse individuals seeking mental health support, ranging from anxiety and depression management to couples therapy and family counseling. By leveraging your expertise, you will guide clients through tailored strategies to achieve emotional health and resilience, fostering an environment that promotes open communication and trust.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Proven ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating confidence and professionalism in therapeutic settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills paired with a compassionate approach to client interactions.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with telehealth platforms are essential for efficient service delivery.

• Experience in providing remote therapy or telehealth services is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and the ability to adapt them for a virtual environment.
• Previous experience working with specific populations, such as adolescents or individuals coping with trauma, is an advantage.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and part-time hours.
