• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered recovery plans during video consultations, adjusting these plans based on ongoing assessments of clients' needs.
• Actively monitor and evaluate treatment progress, using evidence-based methodologies to facilitate effective interventions and modifications to plans as necessary.
• Provide guidance and training in essential life skills such as problem-solving, financial management, and community resource navigation to ensure comprehensive client support.
• Engage effectively with clients to help them build coping strategies, improve their communication skills, and enhance their overall quality of life.
• Educate clients about available community services and advocate on their behalf, ensuring seamless access to necessary resources.

In this role, you will primarily serve adult clients experiencing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Your holistic approach will focus on empowering these individuals to cultivate skills that foster independence, social engagement, and overall mental wellness.

• Possession of a Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) by the state of Washington, with no disciplinary actions on record.
• Ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating confidence in your therapeutic approaches and decision-making.

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct clinical services, preferably in a remote outpatient setting.
