Remote Member Support Specialist - Virginia Region
The Weatherspoon Agency is currently interviewing Virginia-based applicants interested in a remote opportunity centered around virtual client communication, member support, and benefits education.

This opportunity is designed for individuals looking to transition into a structured remote environment with access to training, mentorship, onboarding support, and long-term professional development resources.
Role Summary
Team members communicate virtually with union and association members who have requested information regarding available benefit programs. Responsibilities may include reviewing available options with clients, assisting with scheduling and follow-up, answering questions, and helping families navigate the enrollment process when appropriate.
Appointments are conducted remotely through scheduled virtual meetings.
