Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be engaged in a diverse set of responsibilities designed to offer effective mental health counseling:

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Active and unrestricted license to practice independently as a:
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • No limitations or provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with a diverse clientele.
  • Basic computer literacy skills to navigate our therapist platform with ease.
Preferred Experience

Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience in a remote counseling setting, understanding telehealth best practices, and those who have familiarity with digital platforms for therapeutic communication.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a lucrative salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on your experience and hours of work. Additional benefits include:
