Key Responsibilities

• Conduct therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailoring your methods to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, goals, and progress.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or mindfulness practices, to address client concerns.

• Document clients’ progress and treatment plans accurately using electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
