Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and strengths, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Design and implement tailored treatment plans, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to foster personal growth and improved mental well-being.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on achievable therapeutic goals and regularly monitoring client progress through standardized evaluation tools.
  • Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients facing accessibility challenges, ensuring they receive uninterrupted care and support.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and case discussions, contributing insights and collaborating with peers to enhance service delivery.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities through workshops and training sessions to stay current with the latest mental health trends and methodologies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds and age groups, including individuals coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Qualifications
  • Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, capable of forming trusting relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude during client interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently to juggle multiple client sessions and administrative tasks.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a community health setting or private practice with a focus on diverse mental health issues.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices for virtual therapy delivery.
  • Experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, successful candidates will receive a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
