• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that include clear therapeutic goals and strategies for progress.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and integrated treatment for clients.
• Engage in regular case consultations with the treatment team, ensuring a client-centered approach to care delivery.
• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary to manage acute situations.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment activities in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Continuously evaluate therapy effectiveness and adjust treatment plans accordingly to promote client growth and safety.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and cultures. Our clients seek support for an array of issues such as relational discord, life transitions, mental health disorders, and trauma recovery. Your understanding of these dynamics will be crucial in providing effective therapeutic interventions that resonate with clients' experiences.

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Arizona.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline is preferred.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and continuing education in the field of mental health.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule while prioritizing client needs.

• At least two years of experience in a therapeutic role focused on marriage and family therapy.
• Experience with evidence-based therapies and familiarity with treatment modalities such as CBT and trauma-focused therapy.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience.
