The Outlet Youth & Family Support is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our passionate team in Tucson, Arizona. This position is primarily remote, enabling you to provide support to clients from the comfort of your home, while also utilizing our outpatient office as needed. We understand the importance of flexibility; therefore, this role includes varied work hours, with opportunities for some evenings and weekends to accommodate clients' availability. You will be equipped with the necessary technology and resources to effectively carry out your responsibilities and contribute to our collaborative team approach.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' unique mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.
• Provide individualized, family-centered, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities targeted to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-informed care to foster healing and promote positive outcomes.
• Work with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated care and effective communication regarding client progress.
• Deliver crisis intervention services and conduct risk assessments to ensure a safe environment for all clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation adhering to ethical and legal standards while safeguarding client confidentiality.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups, enhancing the therapeutic experience and community connection for your clients.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient treatment setting is preferred.
• Strong familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a commitment to professional development.
• Demonstrated aptitude for establishing rapport and trust with clients through exceptional communication skills.
