As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Woodcrest Wellness Oasis, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs.
• Monitor client progress and outcomes as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team, providing updates and insights during case conferences.
• Document patient information meticulously, maintaining accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Administer tailored therapeutic strategies, including group therapy sessions and recreational activities that foster mental well-being.
• Collaborate with diverse multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.
• Create and implement innovative therapeutic programs that engage clients in their healing process through a coaching model and natural environment teaching.
