About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Operations Admin to join our global team and play a key role in scaling and optimizing our sales processes. This role is based in the Philippines and requires availability to work US business hours to support our North American sales leadership and teams.

You'll be the backbone of our order-to-fulfillment operations, drive forecast accuracy, and enable Sales through data and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a global environment.

Working Hours: 9 - 6 ES

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Order Fulfillment & Licensing
  • Review and process purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate US license delivery (cloud keys)
  • Manage the full order lifecycle across regions, tracking open cases and collaborating with Sales, TechOps, and Support
  • Lead regular syncs with Sales to clean pipelines and streamline processes
  • Track requests and issues via Jira and internal systems
  • Reporting & Renewals
  • Own the end-to-end subscription and renewal process in Salesforce
  • Provide accurate forecasts and insights on recurring revenue, renewals, churn risk, and expansion opportunities
  • Administrative & Executive Support (CRO)
  • Support the CRO with administrative and operational tasks, including travel reports and other admin work as required

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Renewals Operations, or Business Analytics (B2B SaaS / Tech preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Willingness and ability to work US business hours from the Philippines
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Experience working with global teams and supporting US-based stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
