  • Support Windows endpoint management via Intune, Entra ID, and ConnectWise Automate, including compliance policies, application deployment, remediation, and reporting.
  • Partner with Security to implement secure endpoint baselines, compliance controls, vulnerability remediation, and audit-ready evidence.
  • Build and maintain automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or AppleScript to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot complex macOS and Windows endpoint issues and collaborate cross-functionally while following change management, documentation, and release processes.

YOU'LL BRING:
  • Hands-on experience managing macOS endpoints in an enterprise environment using Jamf Pro, including configuration profiles, policies, software deployment, patching, inventory, scripting, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Apple ecosystem administration, including Apple Business Manager, automated device enrollment, macOS lifecycle management, volume purchasing, and certificate-based workflows.
  • Experience supporting Windows endpoint management with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and related Microsoft endpoint solutions.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash, PowerShell, Python, AppleScript, or similar languages.
  • Working knowledge of identity and access management and endpoint security like Okta, Entra ID, SSO, along with conditional access devices, compliance, and security tooling (EDR, DLP, encryption, baselines).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently or collaboratively, including participation in after-hours support as needed.
  • AI-enabled tools are already part of how work gets done across our organization, and their use will continue to expand over time. We value people who are curious, adaptable, and open to learning as roles and workflows evolve.

WE OFFER:
