Job Description A confidential, well‐established public accounting firm is seeking a caring and dedicated CPA or Enrolled Agent to join its team as a Tax Specialist. This fully remote position is ideal for a tax professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about providing value and creative solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Design and implement tax strategies for individuals, corporations, and partnerships. Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns. Prepare and review financial statements.

Represent clients in communications with the IRS. Lead and support a remote team of tax preparers. Candidate Profile Successful candidates will be team‐oriented professionals who enjoy helping others succeed, meet deadlines reliably, prioritize workflow effectively during busy periods, and approach problem‐solving creatively and efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field. CPA license or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation. 3–5 years of tax and public accounting experience.

Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO) or QuickBooks Desktop. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with CCH Axcess. An appreciation for good music.

Additional Information This position requires a minimum of 55‐hour work weeks for approximately 10 weeks during tax season (February through April). Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‐based bonuses.
