• Deliver individualized and group counseling sessions tailored to the needs of clients, helping them to identify issues and develop effective coping strategies.
• Utilize cloud-based EHR tools to maintain accurate client records, document treatment plans, and ensure successful billing processes with insurance providers including Medicaid and Medicare.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to inform treatment interventions, promoting safety and confidentiality throughout the counseling process.
• Implement treatment programs for clients dealing with mental health disorders, trauma, or dual diagnoses, focusing on symptom management and recovery.
• Collaborate with the administrative team to manage workflows, enabling you to devote all your attention towards delivering high-quality care without distractions.
• Maintain flexible hours and a self-directed schedule, providing support during weekends and evenings as needed to accommodate client availability.

Your role will primarily involve supporting a diverse client population that includes individuals facing challenges related to mental health, trauma, and life transitions. You will work with adults, adolescents, and families, tailoring your approaches to suit their unique circumstances and cultural backgrounds. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in mental health counseling.
• Demonstrated proficiency with technology, including a reliable laptop/desktop computer, internet connection, and webcam for telehealth sessions.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively to meet the needs of your clients.
• Acceptance of a comprehensive background check as part of the hiring process.

• Experience in delivering telehealth services is highly valued.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
• Background in developing treatment plans that incorporate client goals and measurable outcomes.
