This position allows for a completely remote work setup, using a telehealth platform that is HIPAA compliant to ensure client confidentiality and safety during sessions. You will have access to a cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, streamlining your documentation and compliance for various insurance providers, including Medicaid and Medicare. Flexible scheduling is provided, enabling you to balance work with personal commitments effectively.

• Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to help clients navigate their mental health challenges.
• Assist clients in identifying problems and developing personalized solutions through empowering conversations.
• Implement treatment programs designed to manage symptoms related to mental health disorders, trauma, and dual diagnoses.
• Utilize a comprehensive cloud-based EHR system for maintaining accurate client records in compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Maintain open communication with clients to ensure they feel supported throughout their treatment process.
• Perform assessments to gauge client needs and tailor interventions accordingly.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills and therapeutic approaches.

Your work will primarily involve a diverse array of clients facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and lifestyle-related challenges. • Current, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of three years of professional experience in mental health counseling.
• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing for clear and effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
• Proficiency with computers, including a reliable laptop/desktop, internet connection, and web camera suitable for virtual sessions.
• A successful completion of a background check is mandatory.

• Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities, especially those focusing on trauma-informed care.
• Familiarity with telehealth best practices and virtual counseling platforms.
• Experience working within a team-based approach to mental health services.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD $90,000 to $100,000 per year, based on education, experience, and specialization. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
