Utilizing collaboration tools, project management platforms, and virtual meetings becomes essential to stay engaged with colleagues and up-to-date on project progress. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, time management, and self-motivation are crucial soft skills for remote collaboration and project deadlines. These qualifications are vital for producing high-quality scientific work while effectively collaborating within virtual, multidisciplinary teams.
