• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify each client’s unique mental health needs and craft effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and monitor their progress towards these objectives throughout the treatment process.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Better Life Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of challenges, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, marital discord, and more. • An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Strong empathetic abilities and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and struggles.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills to effectively handle a diverse caseload and complete administrative tasks efficiently.

• Experience with teletherapy is highly desirable, with a strong proficiency in using virtual communication platforms for client sessions.
• Previous work with populations facing addiction recovery or mental health disorders is valuable and will enhance your impact within our practice.
• Involvement in community outreach or support programs that focus on mental health awareness and resource accessibility.
