Steve Vinklarek - State Farm Agency, located in West Lake Hills (Austin, TX) has an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Customer Service Representative. Must have recent State Farm experience and an active Property and Casualty license with proven sales track record, a Life & Health license is preferred but not required.

This is an in-office job in our local agency located in West Lake Hills (Austin), TX. We will also consider a flexible schedule where one day a week, you can work remotely if you are very well-trained and experienced. Being bilingual in Spanish would be very well-received.


  • Offering up to $1,000 sign on bonus for the right candidate

The main role is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, maintain high customer satisfaction and support our awesome sales team! Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements

  • Recent State Farm Sales experience or related insurance experience preferred
  • Property and Casualty license required
