This remote position entails working from your own home or preferred location while engaging consistently with clients through telehealth sessions. Our outpatient office model means that clinicians have a dedicated support team managing administrative tasks, which allows you to concentrate fully on providing therapeutic services. • Conduct virtual mental health evaluations to assess client needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to address a variety of mental health issues.
• Collaborate closely with clients to monitor progress and adjust treatment objectives as necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

The clients you will work with are primarily individuals seeking support for common mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and stress management. Our low-acuity focus allows you to engage with clients in a supportive and nurturing manner, creating a therapeutic environment conducive to personal growth and healing. You will be partnering with a diverse clientele, ensuring that every individual receives personalized and effective care.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid and active license to practice in Tennessee (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW), with no prior disciplinary actions.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health counseling services.

• Experience working in teletherapy or a remote counseling capacity is highly valued.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based practices.
• A proven ability to build rapport with clients and adapt approaches to meet individual needs effectively.

The compensation package for this full-time remote position is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
