This position is primarily conducted in a remote setting, empowering our clinicians to effectively manage their schedules while offering flexibility to accommodate different patient needs. While much of your work will be conducted from your home office, you will have access to advanced telehealth platforms, enabling seamless interactions with your clients. • Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to identify patients’ mental health needs, and develop tailored treatment plans based on best practices.
• Offer individual counseling, crisis intervention services, and therapeutic support, assisting patients dealing with various emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges.
• Facilitate interactive therapy groups and workshops that focus on issues pertinent to mental wellness, including coping strategies and personal development.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to integrate care management and ensure a holistic approach through coordination with medical professionals and community services.
• Participate in outreach programs such as mental health awareness initiatives and community wellness events to promote mental health education.
• Maintain confidential patient records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Our client base ranges from adolescents to adults grappling with an array of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustments related to life changes. As a mental health clinician, you will be instrumental in providing culturally competent care that respects the diverse backgrounds of our patients, ensuring that each individual feels valued and understood.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• A solid understanding of the unique hurdles faced by patients in a telehealth environment, particularly those with varied socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with patients and work in harmony with a collaborative medical team.
• Knowledge and application of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, especially brief therapy models suitable for a virtual counseling format.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling in a hospital, outpatient, or community setting, particularly with a focus on telehealth.
• Experience in developing and facilitating group therapy sessions or workshops.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality care.
