  • Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic interventions designed to help clients achieve, and even surpass, their goals.
  • Prepare session documentation, including individual notes that adhere to company guidelines, ensuring clarity and organization in client records.
  • Coordinate effectively with case managers, families, educational personnel, and medical staff to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.
  • Participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings to stay current on best practices and contribute to a vibrant team culture.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal therapist will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and families, each with unique needs and backgrounds. We prioritize inclusivity and cultural competence in our practice, making it essential for our team members to be comfortable and experienced in engaging with a wide range of clients, including those from BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and bilingual communities.

Qualifications
  • A master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
  • Applicants must possess a valid LMFT clinical license.
  • Experience in completing clinical documentation, including assessments and treatment plans, is mandatory.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills are essential to effectively convey treatment progress and coordinate care.
  • Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients and demonstrate a stable demeanor is critical.
  • Proficiency in the use of Office 365 and familiarity with Electronic Health Record systems is necessary; experience with Valant is a plus.
  • Candidates must be able to pass a background check as required by state regulations.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with children and families in a therapeutic context will be highly valued.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and associated best practices in remote therapy sessions.
