We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our performance marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong command of B2C paid social advertising, creative strategy, team leadership, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketing expert with proven experience in managing paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok platforms, as well as knowledge of email marketing and CRO strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and optimize performance marketing strategies for B2C paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok to achieve ROI and growth objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance, leveraging insights to optimize ad spend, targeting, and creative output.
  • Integrate email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with paid strategies and best practices.
  • Manage and mentor a team of media buyers, creative specialists, and CRO experts.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and performance excellence within the team.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development of team members.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives and copy that drive user engagement and conversions.
  • Implement A/B testing for creative elements, ensuring high-performing visuals and messaging.

  • 3+ years hands-on with Meta & TikTok Ads.
  • Expertise in email marketing and multi-channel campaign integration.
  • Skilled in CRO & A/B testing to boost conversions and landing page performance.
  • Strong creative eye and copywriting ability for consumer engagement.
  • Active Meta & TikTok Ad Certifications.
  • Proven leader with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Track record of building scalable workflows for creative and performance marketing.
  • Data-driven mindset with sharp analytical and optimization skills.
