• Facilitate therapy groups and workshops that promote mental wellness, coping strategies, and personal development.

• Capacity to manage a varied caseload, prioritizing tasks and therapeutic interventions with proficiency.

• Minimum of two years of supervised experience in a clinical or outpatient setting, providing direct counseling services.
• Experience in crisis intervention and case management, particularly within a health care organization.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems to document patient interactions and maintain compliance with patient privacy laws.
