  • Perform other related duties as specified by your supervisor to support the operational goals of our clinic.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and families facing various challenges such as mental health disorders and substance abuse issues. Your expertise will be particularly valuable in assisting individuals with co-occurring disorders, helping them navigate their recovery paths and ultimately enhancing their quality of life. Your role in fostering a non-judgmental, empathetic atmosphere will significantly contribute to patients feeling safe and understood during their treatment process.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
  • A valid state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or PsyD.
  • A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical or counseling setting.
  • A proven track record of working with varied patient demographics, specifically in providing family and marriage therapy services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster rapport and trust with clients.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with chemically dependent individuals is beneficial.
  • Previous engagement with community resources and support services that enhance patient outcomes.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record management.
