This position is designed to be a fully remote role, allowing for flexibility in scheduling while ensuring seamless access to quality care for our clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations for mental health diagnoses, crafting and implementing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Maintain a robust caseload, with a minimum of 27 client visits per week for full-time clinicians, ensuring consistent and high-quality care.
  • Engage creatively in therapy interventions, utilizing diverse approaches to assist clients in achieving and exceeding their therapeutic goals.
  • Prepare and submit documentation for each client session, adhering to company policies and protocols for ongoing assessments, treatment plan reviews, and case notes.
  • Facilitate coordination of services with case managers, family members, healthcare personnel, and educators to provide cohesive support for clients.
  • Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and enhance team collaboration.
  • Contribute positively to a thriving team culture that promotes professionalism, creativity, and personal growth.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your caseload will primarily consist of children, adolescents, and families, reflecting the diverse community of Tucson, Arizona. Qualifications

  • Proficient knowledge of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems, with experience in Valant being a plus.
  • Successful completion of a background check is required for candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $105,000 annually, reflecting experience and expertise. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus to our successful candidates.
