This position is designed to be a fully remote role, allowing for flexibility in scheduling while ensuring seamless access to quality care for our clients. As part of your daily routine, you will collaborate with a diverse and skilled team of mental health professionals to share insights and strategies, further enriching our therapeutic offerings. Our outpatient office setting remains an essential connection point for team meetings and collaborative efforts, ensuring that our client-centric approach remains at the forefront of all we do.

• Conduct thorough evaluations for mental health diagnoses, crafting and implementing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain a robust caseload, with a minimum of 27 client visits per week for full-time clinicians, ensuring consistent and high-quality care.
• Engage creatively in therapy interventions, utilizing diverse approaches to assist clients in achieving and exceeding their therapeutic goals.
• Prepare and submit documentation for each client session, adhering to company policies and protocols for ongoing assessments, treatment plan reviews, and case notes.
• Facilitate coordination of services with case managers, family members, healthcare personnel, and educators to provide cohesive support for clients.
• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and enhance team collaboration.
• Contribute positively to a thriving team culture that promotes professionalism, creativity, and personal growth.

Your caseload will primarily consist of children, adolescents, and families, reflecting the diverse community of Tucson, Arizona. You will address a variety of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and behavioral concerns. Your ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds will be crucial in helping them navigate their therapeutic journeys.

• A master’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• A valid LMFT PA clinical license is required to practice in this role.
• Experience in completing clinical documentation, encompassing assessments, treatment plans, and case notes is essential.
• Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication skills to convey therapeutic concepts effectively.
• Ability to maintain a timely submission of all documentation required for service delivery.
• Capability to model appropriate professional boundaries and maintain a stable therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Comfort in working with a diverse clientele, ensuring inclusivity in your therapeutic approach.
• Proficient knowledge of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems, with experience in Valant being a plus.
• Successful completion of a background check is required for candidacy.

• Clinical experience working with a range of families and individuals with varying degrees of mental health concerns.
• Familiarity with telehealth services as an effective means of delivering therapy to clients.
• Experience working within a collaborative team of behavioral health professionals, enhancing service delivery and client outcomes.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $105,000 annually, reflecting experience and expertise. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus to our successful candidates.
