Enrich Living Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and innovative Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team in Tucson, Arizona. Work Environment

This position is set within a collaborative remote outpatient office environment where therapists interact and support each other while primarily conducting therapy sessions virtually. The flexibility of this role allows you to develop your own schedule while ensuring that your clients receive the care they deserve. Team meetings and collaborative efforts occur regularly to align treatment goals and enhance service delivery across our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses, develop individual treatment plans tailored to client needs, and implement strategies that utilize creative interventions for effective outcomes.
  • Maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 27 client visits per week, ensuring timely documentation and case management in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Document all clinical interactions meticulously, including ongoing assessments, treatment plan reviews, and detailed session notes, to support continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
  • Engage in clinical staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture characterized by mutual respect, support, and shared goals of enhancing mental health services within the community.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a member of our team, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A master’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to generate accurate documentation efficiently.
  • Ability to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients.
  • Comfortable working with a diverse clientele and a strong commitment to inclusivity.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems, with familiarity with Valant being highly beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage creatively with clients during therapeutic sessions for enhanced outcomes.
  • Proven ability to navigate the complexities of mental health treatment in outpatient settings.
