Position Overview

Enrich Living Counseling Services is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dedicated team in a fully remote capacity. This position offers therapists the opportunity to make a tangible difference by providing essential mental health services to children, adolescents, and families from the comfort of their own homes. Our starting salary ranges from $80,000 to $105,000 annually, supplemented by a sign-on bonus and commission on therapy sessions.

Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to diagnose and develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
  • Maintain a case load of no fewer than 27 client visits per week, ensuring that documentation is completed consistently and in accordance with company policy.
  • Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions that engage clients and motivate them towards achieving their therapeutic goals.
  • Participate actively in collaborative team meetings, offering insights and feedback to improve service delivery and support community mental health needs.
  • Effectively document each therapy session in the electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with necessary standards and guidelines.
  • Coordinate treatment efforts with other care providers, schools, and family members, fostering a holistic approach to client care.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development training, staying abreast of best practices and therapeutic advancements.
  • Contribute to a positive and growing team culture that prioritizes teamwork and mutual support.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Enrich Living Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, and families from various backgrounds. Our clients often present with a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Your role will be instrumental in providing the support and interventions necessary to improve their well-being and facilitate positive change.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in a behavioral science field from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Must possess a current LMFT PA clinical license.
  • Demonstrated experience in completing clinical documentation, including treatment plans, case notes, and assessments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; familiarity with Valant is an advantage.
  • A clear understanding of professional boundaries and the ability to model these effectively with clients.
  • Capable of working harmoniously with a diverse range of client backgrounds.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and submit documentation timely.
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a community health clinic or similar environment.
  • Demonstrable experience with a wide variety of clinical techniques and therapeutic interventions.
  • Background working with underrepresented populations or individuals facing unique challenges.
  • Experience in team-based settings and multidisciplinary collaboration is beneficial.
